Iron Moose Gear — Shipping Policy

Overview

At Iron Moose Gear, we partner with carefully selected suppliers to bring you the best outdoor gear and apparel. Because our products ship directly from our fulfillment partners, shipping times and costs may vary depending on the product and supplier. All shipping details are outlined below.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary by product and fulfillment partner:

  • Apparel items (hoodies, tees, hats, mugs): 7–14 business days — printed and fulfilled on demand
  • Gear items (knives, hatchets, multi-tools, survival gear): 5–10 business days — shipped from supplier inventory
  • Expedited shipping: Available on select items where offered by our fulfillment partners

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on your location, carrier delays, or high volume periods such as holidays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order contents, weight, destination, and the fulfillment partner handling your shipment. Because we work with multiple suppliers, shipping rates vary by product. You'll see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Multiple Shipments

Because Iron Moose Gear works with multiple fulfillment partners, orders containing both gear and apparel items may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers. You will not be charged additional shipping for split shipments. Both tracking numbers will be emailed to you as each package ships.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number for each shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to update on the carrier's website.

Supplier Fulfillment

Iron Moose Gear works with trusted third party fulfillment partners to deliver your order. While we carefully vet all suppliers for quality and reliability, please be aware that:

  • Gear items ship from supplier warehouses and are subject to supplier shipping timelines
  • Apparel items are made to order and printed specifically for you after purchase
  • In rare cases supplier inventory or production delays may affect estimated delivery times
  • If a delay occurs we will notify you by email as soon as possible

International Shipping

At this time we ship within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — sign up for our email list to be notified when this changes.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Iron Moose Gear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package please:

  1. Check with neighbors and your building mailroom
  2. Contact your local post office
  3. Allow 48 hours as packages are sometimes delayed in scanning

Incorrect Address

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to redirect packages once they have shipped. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order contact us right away — use the live chat on our website for the fastest response or email us at ironmoosegearllc@gmail.com and we will attempt to correct it before fulfillment.

Holiday & Peak Season Delays

During high volume periods such as Father's Day, July 4th, and the holiday season, fulfillment and shipping times may be longer than usual. We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks in advance of any gifting occasion to ensure timely delivery.
